Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join their Grants Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing activities on bug resolutions and new features to ensure compliance with business requirements
• Develop testing strategies, test cases, and documentation while recommending tools and metrics for quality measurement
• Engage in continuous improvement of the QA process and document all testing activities and results

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience with testing custom off-the-shelf software that requires customization
• Proven work experience as a Software Tester and/or Analyst for custom software implementations
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree; Testing/QA Certification is an asset
