Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester / Content Author - Mid Level.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to create detailed test plans and execute comprehensive testing across digital platforms
• Document and report identified issues using bug tracking systems, and assist in troubleshooting and debugging efforts
• Maintain accurate test documentation and evaluate user experience to provide feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a QA Tester, Content Author, or in a similar role within a marketing agency or digital environment
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Proficiency in using bug tracking tools and familiarity with project management tools
• 3 years of experience in developer, QA Engineer, SDET, or similar roles in the technological field
