Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to support the modernization and sustainment of Air Force human resources systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of complex test processes to ensure system functionality and reliability
• Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to validate software components and subsystems
• Analyze test results to identify defects and propose solutions to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on quality assurance testing experience
• Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., ALM Octane, Selenium, LoadRunner, Postman)
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Jenkins)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in software quality assurance
• MUST be able to pass a US Government background investigation
