Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

To support the sustainment and modernization of Air Force human resources systems, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Tester will lead the design and execution of test processes, develop automated and manual test cases, and analyze results to enhance system performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of complex test processes to ensure system functionality aligns with client specifications
• Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for software components, modules, and subsystems
• Collaborate with development teams to implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and document test results

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on quality assurance testing experience
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as ALM Octane, Selenium, and LoadRunner
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in software quality assurance
• MUST be able to pass a US Government background investigation
