Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

To support the expansion of the Resware product, the full-time Quality Assurance Tester will focus on testing enhancements and modifications, ensuring a high-quality user experience through feature, regression, exploratory, UI/UX, API, and integration testing, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting thorough feature testing to verify new functionalities meet specified requirements
• Performing regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities
• Engaging in exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues by simulating end-user experiences

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the software industry
• Prior experience in real estate and title services, especially in title closings, is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Resware user is a plus
• Proficiency in computer technical skills is highly preferred
• Familiarity with automation tools and DevOps practices is desirable but not required
