Quality Assurance Tester
Job Summary
To support the testing of cloud-based SaaS applications and their mobile counterparts, the remote contract Quality Assurance Tester will perform manual testing, develop test cases, and communicate findings to developers and management.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of cloud-based SaaS applications and mobile apps across various user scenarios
- Develop and execute detailed test cases and document results while identifying and communicating defects
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, including REST API and SSO integrations
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in manual QA testing of SaaS/web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle
- Ability to create comprehensive test cases based on requirements and real-world user workflows
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as JIRA or similar tools
