Quality Assurance Tester
Job Summary
Working hybrid with one day per week in the Reston office, the full-time Quality Assurance Tester will assess software quality through manual and automated testing, collaborating with clients and development teams to establish test strategies and execute comprehensive test plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement test plans and test cases based on application user stories and use cases
- Conduct regression and post-release testing, reporting bugs and errors to development teams
- Provide timely updates on tasks while ensuring high-quality deliverables meet internal and client deadlines
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role
- 3+ years of automated testing experience using tools like Selenium
- Familiarity with SQL and source control tools (TFS, GIT)
- Understanding of the entire development process, including specification and quality control
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
