Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer QA Pre Access to operationalize and maintain education and training for the Centralized Scheduling team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training tools and staff assessment materials
• Train staff to use systems or applications according to their job duties
• Analyze scheduling trends in collaboration with the Centralized Scheduling manager

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of hospital or physician office scheduling experience
• 1 year of training and/or precepting experience
