Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analysis of the claims process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assess skill gaps and provide recommendations while collaborating with peers
• Participate in ad hoc audits and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree is a plus
• 2-4 years of cumulative, relevant experience
• Subject matter expertise within the assigned department
• Knowledge of supplemental health products
• Ability to mentor individuals and provide timely quality feedback
