Quality Audit Analyst

Job Summary

Managing audit inventory, the full-time Quality Audit Analyst will perform quality audit work, review health insurance benefits and eligibility, and ensure proper workload balance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audit work and manage audit inventory for effective workload balance
• Review and analyze benefits, eligibility, and group load in OBH Facets & COSMOS
• Demonstrate understanding of applicable systems, platforms, and applications

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of quality audit experience
• Understanding of relevant health-care programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Access databases
• Knowledge of the Hyperion tool is a plus
