Quality Audit Representative

Job Summary

Monitoring and evaluating service quality, the full-time Quality Audit Representative will provide coaching and feedback to ensure compliance with standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and evaluate the quality of service provided by staff and external partners
• Prepare quality reports for management to assess performance and develop training
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and establish effective working relationships across the company

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated work experience within Workplace Solutions operations teams is strongly preferred
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
