Quality Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Auditor to support programs that enhance the quality of life for military members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of Contact Center support, assessing program performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify patterns and trends from performance data and recommend remedies to the Auditing Manager
• Provide feedback and corrective actions on program deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in quality audits
• Experience with quality issues in accordance with COA or URAC standards
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and electronic documentation systems
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks
