Quality Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs audits and examinations of case files to identify inaccuracies and non-compliance issues
• Shares educational feedback, trends, and insights with staff
• Conducts data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in the appeals process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of general office experience, with education in administration or business substituting for experience on a year-per-year basis
• One (1) year of experience in Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) appeals or other healthcare appeals processes
• Experience with Medicare Part D is preferred
