Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Auditor - Unlicensed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits of Call Center operations against established performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and evaluate program deliverables against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Management Plan standards
- Review and analyze service delivery data to assess appropriateness, effectiveness, and successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field with four or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with two to six years of experience
- Experience with COA or URAC Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) standards
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
- Ability to pass criminal history and credential verification checks
