Job Summary

To enhance the quality assurance processes in a remote setting, the full-time Quality Auditor will assess inbound and outbound calls for Patient Access Management, score agent performance, and report findings to leadership for training and improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Auditing interactions both inbound and outbound
  • Analyzing agent behaviors and problem-solving skills
  • Communicating findings to leadership at an agreed-upon cadence
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Platforms
  • Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
