Job Summary
To enhance the quality assurance processes in a remote setting, the full-time Quality Auditor will assess inbound and outbound calls for Patient Access Management, score agent performance, and report findings to leadership for training and improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Auditing interactions both inbound and outbound
- Analyzing agent behaviors and problem-solving skills
- Communicating findings to leadership at an agreed-upon cadence
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- 1 year of experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of Quality Management Platforms
- Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
