Quality Auditor - Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Auditor with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Epic Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess sample work output from various teams for pre-defined audit monitoring
• Proactively identify trends, produce root cause analysis, and provide solutions
• Review and present regular management information on quality measures and improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Experience in quality auditing in a Revenue Cycle environment
• Epic Systems experience
• Significant experience in coaching
• Ability to work across the training cycle from needs analysis to evaluation
