Quality Clinical Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Clinical Analyst will analyze clinical and operational data, manage KPI dashboards, and coordinate program communications to enhance maternal/child health and behavioral health outcomes while working remotely from Las Vegas, NV.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support quality improvement, population health, and value-based program initiatives
- Coordinate APC-LAN activities, including benchmark reporting and provider performance tracking
- Analyze clinical and operational reports to identify trends and monitor compliance with health goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring experience
- 2+ years of project organization and documentation management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation development
- Experience in project coordination and deadline management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
