Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Complaint Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessment of efficacy reports in the Product Complaints area
  • Review attachments, labeling, and detailed complaint reports independently
  • Handle adverse event complaints and register complaints in the complaint handling system

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or a medical background
  • Experience in complaint intake or handling
  • Quality assurance experience in manufacturing or regulatory affairs
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Preference for candidates with a healthcare/nursing background
