Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Complaint Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessment of efficacy reports in the Product Complaints area
- Review attachments, labeling, and detailed complaint reports independently
- Handle adverse event complaints and register complaints in the complaint handling system
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or a medical background
- Experience in complaint intake or handling
- Quality assurance experience in manufacturing or regulatory affairs
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Preference for candidates with a healthcare/nursing background
