Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Quality Complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the product complaint system by auditing records and monitoring complaint data for compliance with policies and federal regulations
  • Ensure accurate documentation of complaints and perform necessary investigations, including identifying associations with adverse events or medical devices
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and prioritize complaints while providing communication to management and team members
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree OR Master degree with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 10 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to interface effectively at various levels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a matrix-managed GMP environment
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
