Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in Quality Complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product complaint system by auditing records and monitoring complaint data for compliance with policies and federal regulations
- Ensure accurate documentation of complaints and perform necessary investigations, including identifying associations with adverse events or medical devices
- Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and prioritize complaints while providing communication to management and team members
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master degree with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 10 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to interface effectively at various levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a matrix-managed GMP environment
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
