Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Compliance Administrator, the full-time remote position will manage and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with various standards, and oversee audits and documentation for government contracts.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and manage compliance documentation
  • Support compliance with CMMI, CMMC, ISO standards, and coordinate audits and evidence collection
  • Monitor government contract deliverables and track compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in PMO, Quality, Compliance, or Program Management
  • Experience supporting government contracts
  • Proven ability to coordinate audits or compliance activities
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with ISO, CMMI, CMMC, NIST standards is preferred
