Quality Compliance Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Compliance Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns the end to end GMP/GDP inspection process, ensuring standardized governance and controls
• Serves as business owner for the DQMS Operations Inspection module, managing functional requirements and enhancements
• Establishes and governs a global inspection metrics control plan, ensuring data integrity and effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience in Quality, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance within the Pharma/Biotech sector
• Prior experience leading or governing GMP/GDP inspections and regulatory interactions
• Deep knowledge of global health authority inspection expectations and inspection lifecycle management
• Experience with digital quality systems supporting inspections and regulatory commitments
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a complex, global environment
