Job Summary

Managing high-priority, cross-functional projects within the Consumer Experience organization, the full-time Quality Consumer Experience Project Manager will develop and oversee project plans, ensure milestone deliverables are met, and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure project milestones are completed and approved, aligning with the Consumer Experience strategy
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as necessary
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in health care, patient experience, program management, or a related field required
  • Five years of experience in project or program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in health plan operations, quality, or compliance required
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies and driving initiatives with measurable outcomes required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification preferred
