Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence Quality Control II (Part-Time) position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide feedback on errors
• Ensure regulatory compliance for reviewed loans and escalate error trends to management
• Assist in loan review system testing and develop subject matter expertise in loan review QC topics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with mortgage due diligence software is a plus
