Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to conduct audits of loan files and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control audits of loan files to ensure compliance with QC plans
• Validate loan files against agency guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Assist the QC Manager with projects and prepare monthly findings reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
• Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules relevant to the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA eligibility guidelines
• Experience with mortgage quality control and proficiency in Microsoft Office
