Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QC Analyst who will conduct quality control reviews for prefunding and post-closing loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pipeline of prefunding and post-closing loans to review within required turn times
• Assess loan quality, eligibility, and compliance of selected loans
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage quality control, including conventional and government loans
• Experience in reviewing mortgage credit packages and calculating loan ratios
• Knowledge of income and asset verification, credit reports, and loan documentation
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize under time constraints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
