Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Courseware Operations team, the full-time Quality Control Analyst will analyze defects during the production cycle, collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards, and audit course content while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and analyze incoming defects to determine remediation actions during production
• Audit video and audio segments for content edits and communicate findings to Course Developers
• Verify defect fixes and escalate content issues to management as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Quality role or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Smartsheet
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
