Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality assurance in the mortgage industry, the part-time Quality Control Analyst will perform quality control analysis of valuation reports, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and communicate with valuation providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control analysis of valuation reports to meet regulatory and client standards
• Contact valuation providers to discuss revisions and obtain status updates as needed
• Meet production goals and provide feedback to improve processes and team productivity

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate appraisal quality control review at the AMC or mortgage company level
• College degree preferred
• USPAP certification required or completion of USPAP training course after hire
• Strong understanding of valuation processes, procedures, and technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
