Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a permanent position, the Quality Control Analyst will ensure operational compliance by reviewing, auditing, and grading compliance files to adhere to US federal and state regulations as well as internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control reviews on compliance cases, including KYC and transaction monitoring
• Identify procedural deviations and perform root cause analyses to address errors in operational processes
• Draft constructive feedback for operations teams and assist in developing training materials based on QC trends

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience in financial services compliance, particularly in FinTech or digital banking
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and KYC/KYB practices
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns of risk within complex data sets
• Proficiency with specialized AML monitoring systems and case management tools
• CAMS or CRCM designations are highly regarded
