Quality Control Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence QC Analyst II (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide feedback to Loan Review Analysts
• Ensure regulatory compliance for reviewed loans and escalate error trends to management
• Develop expertise in client guidelines and assist with loan review system testing and enhancements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
• Experience with second level reviews and performance management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
