A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst II to oversee mortgage claims filing and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client guidelines
• Analyze sustainability testing results and report findings to management while collaborating with various departments
• Research issues using available tools and maintain communication with internal and external resources for resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of quality control experience in Mortgage Servicing or Mortgage Banking
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations applicable to mortgage and consumer lending
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal direction
