Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence QC Analyst III to oversee quality control in loan reviews and provide expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to analysts
• Ensure regulatory compliance and identify trends in errors, escalating issues as necessary
• Provide coaching and training to staff while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
• Experience with condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
• Ability to analyze loan servicer pay histories and produce underwriting reports
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with mortgage due diligence software is a plus
