Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Associate for post-service support in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Career Transition service evaluations and outreach to candidates
  • Resolve candidate feedback and maintain a remediation rate of 20%
  • Collaborate with Delivery Consultants to ensure a supportive candidate experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in virtual customer service or Career Transition Consulting
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting systems for data analysis
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a bonus
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deadlines
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach
