Quality Control Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the remote Senior Associate, Quality Control will conduct quality assurance on due diligence reports, analyze complex legal documents, and collaborate with client relations to ensure timely deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance on all due diligence reports according to applicable regulations and client guidelines
• Identify, analyze, and summarize complex legal documents, including liens, judgments, and criminal records
• Communicate with the client relations team to ensure deliverables and timelines are achievable

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or International Studies
• 3+ years of related experience in Public Records and Due Diligence research
• Knowledge of FCRA regulations and due diligence databases such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
• Prior quality experience (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred)
