Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Auditor II.

Key Responsibilities

Validate the quality and accuracy of mortgage loan packages and assist in resolving internal QC findings
Review and analyze loan documents, reporting any issues to management
Communicate with internal and external parties to obtain necessary corrections and support audits

Required Qualifications

Associates' Degree from an accredited college required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-3 years of post-closing or due diligence auditing experience required
Working knowledge of MS Office and internet usage
Experience with company loan origination systems is a plus
