Quality Control Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QC Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control examinations and document loan reviews, providing feedback on potential errors
• Develop procedures and address issues impacting accuracy and timeliness of loan reviews
• Provide coaching and training to staff to meet company and department goals

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Quality Control, Due Diligence, or Secondary Market within banking or lending
• Experience with Mavent and LauraMac systems
• Understanding of credit rating agency requirements and regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze regulations and produce underwriting reports
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and TRID practices
