Quality Control Lead, AML Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Lead for Suspicious Activity Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of SAM and SAR investigations, ensuring compliance with AML policies and guidelines
• Document feedback and provide developmental guidance to analysts while making performance recommendations
• Maintain quality control procedures and assist in developing AML program policies and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of relevant financial crimes-related work experience
• 3-5 years of AML experience and 2+ years of quality control experience in financial crimes
• Experience with SAM and SAR processes is required
• Exceptional research and analytical skills are necessary
• 5-7 years of experience in the financial crimes industry is preferred
