Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of quality for the contract, including data collection and reporting
• Ensure compliance with credentialing and training of all personnel
• Identify and implement process improvements to uphold quality standards for operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• A minimum of five years' supervisory experience
• A minimum of five years' experience managing operational efficiencies and quality standards
• Experience in a mental health field is desired
• Certification in quality assurance or related fields is preferred
