Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Manager (Reviewer) to oversee the accuracy and completeness of client-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Review all client deliverables for compliance reporting, consulting projects, and plan documentation
• Ensure client-friendly communication and identify opportunities for plan enhancements
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor team members to improve work quality

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in retirement plan compliance, preferably in a TPA or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plan operations and ERISA regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement
