Job Summary

Detail-oriented and systems-minded, the full-time Quality Control Manager will design, manage, and continuously improve the quality control infrastructure for the 2026 Neighborhood Captains program, ensuring accurate data collection and integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and flag anomalies in captain outreach data to ensure accurate reporting
• Conduct follow-up outreach to verify reported voter contacts and assess interaction quality
• Translate quality control findings into actionable feedback for organizers to enhance training and coaching

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data quality, compliance, or research operations
• Proficiency with data platforms and outreach tracking tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for conducting warm and natural voter follow-up calls
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in escalating concerns
• Familiarity with community organizing or political campaigns
