Job Summary

Leading a team of Quality Control employees, the full-time Pre-Funding QC Manager will manage the pipeline and pre-funding audit workflow for Retail and Correspondent Lending, ensuring optimal quality and productivity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pipeline and pre-funding audit workflow for Retail Lending and Correspondent Lending Non-Delegated Channels
• Communicate audit results, resolve rebuttals, and assist in developing and monitoring action plans
• Lead and develop the QC team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and training

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in the Mortgage Industry or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Previous leadership experience required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry regulations and compliance obligations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
