Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Quality Control Manager, the full-time remote position will lead quality operations, ensure compliance with performance standards, and drive quality initiatives for a high-visibility program supporting the national organ transplant system.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all quality operations including planning, implementation monitoring, and reporting functions
• Develop and oversee effective management and quality systems to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to performance indicators
• Manage quality training for employees and communicate corporate quality standards to internal and external clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
• 3 years of experience supervising or managing staff
• 5+ years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related compliance experience in a highly regulated environment
• Experience in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms
