Quality Control Microbiology Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Microbiology Tech - I.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and collect water samples
• Conduct and review microbiological assays and visual inspections of final products
• Assist in investigations of out of specifications (OOS) results and maintain lab equipment

Required Qualifications

• AA Degree with 1+ years' experience in Microbiology lab/Environmental Monitoring, or HS Degree with 2+ years' experience
• Experience in microbiological techniques such as environmental air monitoring and water testing
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality control processes for commercial manufacturing
• Ability to gown for entry into Aseptic core and lift approximately 25 lbs
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
