Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Officer - Operations Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal control testing, identify deficiencies, and partner with business lines for remediation and process improvements
• Analyze data for anomalies, maintain documentation, and collaborate with leaders to enhance automation and efficiency
• Assist in developing operational plans, policies, and procedures to support scalability and effective use of technology

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations
• Demonstrated leadership ability and skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
