Quality Control Pre-Funding Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Pre-Funding Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Operation's email communication and escalations
• Ensure the QC Pre-Funding Team is organized and running smoothly
• Assist QC Manager with various duties and projects, including QC reporting and auditor training

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience within the Mortgage Industry, or 5 years of Mortgage Underwriting experience, or 2 years as a Quality Control Team Lead or Supervisor/Manager
• Knowledge of all Agency Guidelines (FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree helpful but not required
• Technologically proficient in various software applications, with advanced MS Excel experience
• Ability to work with limited supervision
