Quality Control Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Quality Control Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standardized quality control reviews to ensure compliance with requirements and SLAs
• Track and ensure timely reviews of departmental processes by auditors
• Prepare and distribute reports while facilitating the exchange of information among departments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Typing speed of 35+ wpm and ability to operate 10-key by touch
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax service or related fields
• Hands-on experience with auditing and quality control processes
