Quality Control Senior Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Associate, Quality Control to conduct thorough reviews of investigative reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client expectations while working remotely from Romania.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews of Level 1 and Premier reports for accuracy and compliance
• Provide professional feedback to researchers to enhance report quality and address discrepancies
• Assist in training new researchers on methodologies and best practices in investigative reporting

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in open-source investigations related to due diligence or compliance
• At least one year of experience in a quality control or content review role
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field such as International Relations or Criminal Justice
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with due diligence databases
