Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence Quality Control II (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide feedback to analysts
• Ensure regulatory compliance for loans and escalate error trends to management
• Assist in developing subject matter expertise and provide guidance on loan review processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of condition clearing processes and regulatory compliance
• Basic knowledge of credit rating agency requirements and USPAP standards
• Experience with second level reviews and performance management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
