Job Summary

Detail-oriented and committed to quality, the full-time Quality Control Review Specialist will conduct comprehensive reviews of residential mortgage appraisals to ensure accuracy, compliance with investor guidelines, and adherence to company policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of residential mortgage appraisals and revisions to ensure data integrity
• Verify compliance with industry standards, investor guidelines, and internal company policies
• Troubleshoot inaccuracies in appraisals and evaluate correction requests for validity

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an appraisal or mortgage-related role
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing relationships with internal and external partners
