Quality Control Specialist
Job Summary
To support an industry leader in life-saving innovation, the remote contract Quality Control Specialist will provide front-line support for quality and regulatory inquiries, manage email triage for urgent concerns, and facilitate customer audit requests while acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for internal and external customers regarding quality and regulatory inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Manage first-level email queue triage, identifying duplicates and escalating urgent quality or regulatory concerns
- Coordinate on-site and remote audits with Plant Quality and ensure all required agreements are in place
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of customer-facing medical device or clinical quality experience
- Experience with SharePoint and SAP
- Proven background in quality control processes
