Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Review electronic medical records for HIPAA compliance and quality control
Determine legal right to release medical records based on HIPAA rules and regulations
Communicate questions/issues to Lead/Supervisor and mentor new employees

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a medical record setting
Required to pass an industry related course and exam within six months of hire
Maintain current and yearly HIPAA certification
